• What is the difference between Plus-Plus BIG and Plus-Plus?

  • BIG (50x30 mm): Safe for ages 1–6, easy to handle for small hands. 
  • Plus-Plus (20x12 mm): Recommended for ages 5–12 and up, perfect for more detailed builds. 

• Does Plus-Plus have a MAXI size?

  No. Plus-Plus only comes in two sizes: BIG and Plus-Plus.

• How many colours does Plus-Plus come in?

  Plus-Plus can be purchased as single colours in 20 different colour variations. All single colours are online exclusives.
  In addition, we offer many more colours in our Colour Mixes and other products.

• Can I mix pieces from different sets?

  Yes. All Plus-Plus pieces fit together, no matter the set or packaging.

• Can the wheels be taken apart once assembled?

  No. Once the wheels are assembled, they are not designed to be removed.

• Where can I find step-by-step instructions and inspiration?

  • Inspiration Site:
    On the webhop you will find our Inspiration Universe. Here you will find a lot of 2D and 3D step-by-step instructions, and you can find the item you have bought if you have lost the instruction.
  • Plus-Plus App:
    In our Plus-Plus App you will find step-by-step 2D and 3D builds, challenges, and community uploads 
  • Printed inspiration booklets:
    Booklets are included in many of the sets. If you loose a booklet, simply just find your item in the webshop and a link for the guide is available for download.

• I lost my included booklet with step-by-step instructions – can you send me a new one?

  Unfortunately we don't offer the possibility to ship a new booklet, but dont worry. If you loose a booklet, simply just find your item in the webshop and a link for the guide is available for download. Most instructions are also available in our app.

• I bought a set without instructions (e.g., Diamond, Hot Air Balloon). Can I get one?

  Most Colour Mixes do not include step-by-step instructions. If you’re looking for inspiration on what to build, you can find guides in our Inspiration Universe or in our Plus-Plus app.
  
  

• I bought BIG, and the pieces feel hard to click together. Is that normal?

  Plus-Plus BIG is designed to be sturdy, but it should not be impossible to assemble. With use, the pieces become easier to click together and separate.

• What age groups are Plus-Plus toys for?

  • BIG: recommended for 1–6 years
  • Plus-Plus: recommended for 5 years and up (including adults – many enjoy Plus-Plus too). The open play products as our Colour Mixes can be used from +3 for the small beginners.

Quality & Safety 

• I received a deformed Plus-Plus piece – can I get a replacement?

  Yes. Please contact our customer service at hello@plus-plus.com with a photo and your order details.

• Why are there more of some colours and fewer of others in my box/tube?

  Colour mixes are random and may vary, especially in open play sets.

• My Plus-Plus pieces smell – what causes this?

  A mild scent can occur from packaging. Plus-Plus is made from food-approved plastic, free of BPA, PVC, and phthalates – completely safe for children. Any smell should disappear once the package is opened.

• Does Plus-Plus contain harmful substances?

  No - Plus-Plus is safe for kids: 

  • Made from food-approved polyethylene 
  • BPA, PVC, and phthalate-free 
  • Tested and approved under EU (EN71) and US (ASTM/CPSIA) toy safety standards 

• Where is Plus-Plus manufactured?

  All Plus-Plus pieces are made in our own factory in Holbæk, Denmark – powered by 100% renewable wind energy.

• Is Plus-Plus sustainable and recyclable?

  Yes. Plus-Plus is 100% recyclable, and we operate a no-waste production system. All leftover plastic is re-ground and reused.

• Can I buy individual colours or replacement parts?

  Yes. All single colours are available on our website, along with various accessory sets. For damaged parts, please contact customer service.

Washing & Care

• Can Plus-Plus be washed?

  Yes, both BIG and Plus-Plus pieces are washable.

• Can I use a dishwasher or washing machine?

  Yes. Place the pieces in a laundry bag and wash at up to 90°C.

• Will Plus-Plus lose colour when washed?

  No. The colors are durable and will not fade. Pieces may feel soft after washing but will harden again as they cool.

  We ship to England, Scotland, Wales and

• How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above £49.99 
  • Standard shipping: £3.99 
  • Express shipping: £5.99 

• How long does delivery take?

  We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same working day

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days 
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days 

• What happens if I miss the delivery or don’t collect my parcel?

  If you are not home, delivery will be attempted up to three times. After that, the parcel will be held at your local post office for 14 days. If it is not collected, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

• What if my package is damaged during shipping?

  Check the package immediately. If damaged, contact us at hello@plus-plus.com with photos of the outer box in which the goods are delivered.
  
  

• Can I return a product if I change my mind?

  Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@plus-plus.com. They will issue you a unique return ID. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• Do you provide warranty on Plus-Plus?

  Your purchase is protected by UK consumer law, covering faulty goods and your right to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Experiences & Extras

• Do you offer factory tours in Denmark?

  At the moment, we do not offer public tours of our factory.

• Do you have an app with step-by-step guides?

  Yes. The Plus-Plus App includes 2D/3D step-by-step instructions, creative challenges, and a community for sharing builds.

• Can I meet Plus-Plus at fairs or events?

  Yes, we exhibit at major toy fairs worldwide, including the London Toy Fair and Nürnberg Toy Fair.

• Is there a Plus-Plus club or online community?

  Yes. You can join our creative community in the Plus-Plus App and follow us on Instagram @plusplus_official.

• Can Plus-Plus be used in schools and education?

  Absolutely. Plus-Plus is widely used in schools and preschools to support STEM learning, creativity, fine motor skills, and problem-solving.
