The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products on the Plus-Plus A/S UK webshop at www.plus-plus.co.uk, including other domains owned by Plus-Plus A/S.
You must be 18 years or older to shop with us. By placing an order or making a purchase, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship or any other legal incapacity.
We reserve the right to change our terms without prior notice. The terms and conditions specified on www.plus-plus.co.uk at the time of your purchase or order are the ones that apply to your purchase or order.
The price of a product is the one displayed on the website for that specific product on the day of the order. All prices are in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, specifications, etc. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added to the basket at checkout. The final shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose.

Following payments can be accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
By completing a purchase, you agree that payment processing may be handled by a trusted third-party provider to ensure safe and encrypted transactions.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £49.99
Shipping costs range from £3.99 to £5.99, depending on the delivery method you choose. You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
Standard Delivery costs £3.99 and typically takes 2–4 working days and Express Delivery costs £5.99 and typically takes 1-2 days.
Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland are subject to extended trasit times and may require an additional 1-2 working days regardless of which delivery you choose.
All shipments will be delivered to your home address. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, delivery will be attempted up to three times. After that, the parcel will be held at your local post office for 14 days. If it remains uncollected, it will be returned to the sender.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with full details and a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Due to the high efficiency of our warehouse operations, orders are processed and dispatched very quickly. As a result, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, as the package may already be on its way before a cancellation request can be processed.
If you receive an order that you no longer want, please refer to our returns policy to initiate a return once you have received the item.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, with delivery times ranging from 1–4 working days depending on the chosen delivery method. However, there are certain geographical locations where deliveries are subject to extended transit times and may require an additional 1–2 working days. Those areas include: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern IrelandÂ
Customers residing in the Republic of Ireland are encouraged to shop through our international webshop at www.plus-plus.com, where we offer delivery to Ireland with tailored shipping methods and shipping rates.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please take the following steps to help us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible:
Please do not dispose of the damaged packaging or item until the issue has been resolved.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Â If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@plus-plus.com with your webshop order number, from your order confirmation email. Our team will verify your order and issue a unique Return ID. Please fill out the enclosed form with requested informations. The return slip must be included in your return package with your returned items. This informations allows our warehouse to identify and process your return efficiently.

If you have lost your return slip, please use this link to print a new one.
Important:Â Do not send the package without contacting customer service first to obtain your Return ID. Returns sent without a valid Return ID may experience delays or not be processed correctly.
Ensure all items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of us receiving the returned package.

If a package is not collected from the parcel shop within the specified pickup period, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the return shipping costs. If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order through our webshop.
Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty or not as expected, you have a legal right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date the product was delivered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at hello@plus-plus.com with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect. Please include your order or invoice number to help us assist you quickly.
If we cannot assess the fault based on the information and photos provided, we may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection.
If your complaint is accepted, we will provide a replacement product or part, or offer a full or partial refund depending on the case. We will cover reasonable shipping costs related to the complaint if you provide a receipt.
If no fault is found, or if the product has been misused, we reserve the right to refuse the complaint.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer your case to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. While we are not currently a member of a specific ADR scheme, you can find a list of certified ADR bodies at: https://www.tradingstandards.uk/consumer-help/. Please note that using ADR or ODR is voluntary for both parties and does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
We make every effort to ensure that our product images, descriptions, and videos provide an accurate and realistic representation of our products. However, please note that colours may vary depending on your device's screen settings, display type, and lighting conditions. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colours or visual appearance you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. If we discover such an error after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more details on how we handle and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All information and images on www.plus-plus.co.uk belong to us or our partners. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, product names, images, graphic representations, and texts. If you wish to use content from www.plus-plus.co.uk for purposes other than your own private use, please contact us for approval.
These terms, together with the prices on the website, contact information, and privacy policy, constitute the overall agreement related to the delivery of products to you.
