You must be 18 years or older to shop with us. By placing an order or making a purchase, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship or any other legal incapacity.
We reserve the right to change our terms without prior notice. The terms and conditions specified on www.plus-plus.co.uk at the time of your purchase or order are the ones that apply to your purchase or order.
Prices
The price of a product is the one displayed on the website for that specific product on the day of the order. All prices are in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, specifications, etc. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added to the basket at checkout. The final shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose.

Delivery & Delivery Costs
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £49.99
Shipping costs range from £3.99 to £5.99, depending on the delivery method you choose. You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
Standard Delivery costs £3.99 and typically takes 2–4 working days and Express Delivery costs £5.99 and typically takes 1-2 days.
Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland are subject to extended trasit times and may require an additional 1-2 working days regardless of which delivery you choose.
All shipments will be delivered to your home address. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, delivery will be attempted up to three times. After that, the parcel will be held at your local post office for 14 days. If it remains uncollected, it will be returned to the sender.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with full details and a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the high efficiency of our warehouse operations, orders are processed and dispatched very quickly. As a result, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, as the package may already be on its way before a cancellation request can be processed.
If you receive an order that you no longer want, please refer to our returns policy to initiate a return once you have received the item.
Where do we ship to?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, with delivery times ranging from 1–4 working days depending on the chosen delivery method. However, there are certain geographical locations where deliveries are subject to extended transit times and may require an additional 1–2 working days. Those areas include: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern IrelandÂ

What to Do If You Receive a Damaged Item
If you receive an item that is damaged, please take the following steps to help us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
Check the outside of the package for any visible damage or signs of mishandling. - Take clear photos of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged item inside.
- Contact our customer service team at hello@plus-plus.com as soon as possible with your order number and the photos you have taken. This will help us assess the damage and provide the best solution.
Please do not dispose of the damaged packaging or item until the issue has been resolved.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Â If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@plus-plus.com with your webshop order number, from your order confirmation email. Our team will verify your order and issue a unique Return ID. Please fill out the enclosed form with requested informations. The return slip must be included in your return package with your returned items. This informations allows our warehouse to identify and process your return efficiently.

Important:Â Do not send the package without contacting customer service first to obtain your Return ID. Returns sent without a valid Return ID may experience delays or not be processed correctly.
Ensure all items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Uncollected Packages at Parcel Shops
If a package is not collected from the parcel shop within the specified pickup period, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the return shipping costs. If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order through our webshop.
Complaints and Warranty
Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty or not as expected, you have a legal right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date the product was delivered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

If we cannot assess the fault based on the information and photos provided, we may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection.
If your complaint is accepted, we will provide a replacement product or part, or offer a full or partial refund depending on the case. We will cover reasonable shipping costs related to the complaint if you provide a receipt.
If no fault is found, or if the product has been misused, we reserve the right to refuse the complaint.
